Virtual ISO
Virtual ISO (Virtual Independent Sales Organization), First Data Corporation’s Internet merchant processing application for use by
our partner’s sales force in the Domestic United States operations.
Virtual ISO allows partners to enter applications over the Internet and receive email verifications and approvals back immediately
upon approval or decline. Virtual ISO allows our partners to provide Credit and Debit processing services without the hassle of data synching
the application to the backend system processing parameters.
Accounts are frequently deployed in less than 24 hours and ready to start processing. Back office expenses are reduced by utilizing
the streamlined credit approval and automatic loading of data to the processing systems.
Improvements in reporting and account status are embedded in the main menu of the application.
The sales force out in the field is enabled to either take an application directly through the interview process or go back
to the home office and have the application submitted. This will revolutionize the process of merchant application
processing.
Using our existing Virtual ISO and adding additional features such as equipment ordering and support for a
multitude of different credit and debit options and flexible fee structures, First Data Merchant Services has provided to
our Partners a state of the art, on-line application product, enabled by the E-Commerce revolution. Many major financial
institutions have profited significantly from the seamless way in which Virtual ISO has been integrated into their organizations
services.
